I help my clients safely and effectively reach their fitness goals by integrating exercise, nutrition and regeneration coaching into customized programs that fit their bodies and lifestyles. My clients are busy, successful professionals. I’m fortunate to work with some of the Bay Area’s leading lawyers, tech executives, bankers and entrepreneurs. Many trainers just work you out and give vague, generic advice on what to eat and what to do in the 23 hours of the day you’re not with them. Even the best exercise program will fail without consistency, accountability, proper nutrition and recovery. It’s like putting cheap gas in a Ferrari.
