Update on Massage Services

I have been getting lots of texts and emails from my wonderful massage clients asking about massage services and wanted to give everyone an update.

Due to COVID-19 San Francisco has classified massage as “non essential” and it is therefore not permitted. Since March I have followed all local, state and federal laws and have not seen clients. The city was set to reopen massage establishments on June 29 but that has been put on indefinite hold. The San Francisco Department of Health has issued Preliminary Guidance to massage therapists so we can begin to prepare for a future opening. As required I submitted my draft Health and Safety Plan for the city’s review yesterday.

I am estimating I will be able to start seeing clients again mid-September so I have cancelled all appointments before then, sadly. Please book online after September 14 and if I can open before then I will reach out and see if you’d like to come in earlier.
